Refund Policy:

At Logicx Group (FZE), we are committed to delivering exceptional products and services to all our clients, both within and beyond the borders of the UAE. Should a client encounter any dissatisfaction with our services or encounter issues with a delivered product, we stand behind a transparent and equitable refund policy.

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be provided in accordance with the following conditions:

1. Service Dissatisfaction: If a client is not satisfied with the quality of our services or believes that the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon standards, they may request a refund within 3 days of the service delivery date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and include a detailed explanation of the reasons for dissatisfaction.

2. Product Defects: In the rare event that a product delivered to a client is found to have defects or functionality issues that significantly impair its usability, the client may request a refund within 3 days of receiving the product. Clients must provide evidence of the defects or issues encountered.

3. Non-Delivery: If a product or service is not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe and no alternative arrangements have been made, clients may request a refund for the undelivered portion of the service or product.

Cancellation Policy:

Clients may cancel their service or project with Logicx Group (FZE) under the following conditions:

1. Service Cancellation:Clients may cancel a service agreement with Logicx Group (FZE) at any time before the commencement of the service. However, if work has already begun or expenses have been incurred on behalf of the client, a cancellation fee may apply. The amount of the cancellation fee will be determined based on the extent of work completed and expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation.

2. Project Cancellation: For projects involving web or mobile app development, clients may cancel the project at any time before the delivery of the final product. However, if significant work has been completed on the project, a cancellation fee may apply. The cancellation fee will be determined based on the stage of completion and resources allocated to the project.

Shipment Policy:

As a digital services provider, Logicx Group (FZE) does not ship physical products to clients. All products and services are delivered electronically through online platforms and communication channels. Therefore, no shipment policy applies to our services.

Exchange Policy:

Since our products and services are intangible and customized to meet the specific needs of each client, we do not offer exchanges. However, if a client is dissatisfied with the delivered product or service, they may request a refund in accordance with our refund policy outlined above.
